Scientists have, for the first time, traced the full nerve architecture of the clitoris in three dimensions. Using micron-scale X-ray imaging at a synchrotron — an extremely bright light source that gives CT scans razor-sharp detail — researchers imaged two donated female pelvises as part of the Human Organ Atlas project.
